We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require.
Our Physical Therapist will help our patients with the following:
- Gather background data, review referrals, select and modify evaluation tools, and evaluate patients determining the level of our patient’s physical and psychosocial functioning.
- Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members.
- Responsible for planning, evaluation, and treatment implementation of assigned caseload.
- Preparing clinical notes.
- Evaluating outcomes.
- Educate patients and/or families about proper safe use and recommend methods for installation of adaptive equipment.
We are looking for a full time certified Physical Therapist for our home health care division. We offer endless career potential, endless growth possibilities, and competitive compensation. Our Physical Therapist will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $40-$50 for meetings, a per visit payment ranging between $60-$70, and a $10 drive time bonus.
