Tri-Coastal, a distinguished sales and business consulting firm, is seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager in Houston to represent AT&T’s telecommunications campaign. The Entry Level Assistant Manager’s primary focus will be to deliver reliable guidance on product and service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and expand AT&T’s footprint.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you bridge technical innovation and customer loyalty in the residential wireless space. The Entry Level Assistant Manager guides existing customers through AT&T’s current smartphone solutions, clarifies how new devices leverage 5G+ capabilities, and manages activations and support with precision. You’ll explain plans straight-up, fix issues before they explode, and prove that AT&T actually cares.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve AT&T residential customers by addressing inquiries on cell phones, smartphone features, and service plans with clear, credible information.
- Manage activations, upgrades, and plan changes with accuracy, maintaining data integrity, billing compliance, and secure documentation.
- Track account metrics and engagement data, distill actionable insights, and share recommendations to optimize campaign strategies.
- Assist with device setup, connectivity, and basic service challenges, applying troubleshooting steps and coordinating timely resolution when needed.
- Partner with internal teams to synchronize account execution with AT&T cell phone product launches, retention initiatives, and campaign goals.
- Nurture long‑term relationships through consistent follow‑through, proactive account support, and solution‑focused communication that builds loyalty.
Desired Skills/Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Role:
- Experience in customer support, account coordination, or sales within telecommunications, smartphone retail, or wireless connectivity.
