Part-Time Bar Manager / Bartender
We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a dual-role position as a Part-Time Bar Manager and Bartender. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations during scheduled shifts
- Support, mentor, and oversee bartenders and front-of-house staff
- Provide exceptional bartending and guest service as needed
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain organization of bar supplies
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Help maintain a positive, efficient, and team-focused work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous management, supervisory, or lead bartender experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
