Job Title: Epic Application Analyst – Cupid
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Shifts: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote
Onsite Requirement: 1–2 weeks onsite for Go-Live
Travel: May be required for Epic training and project-related onsite needs
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst – Cupid to support the design, build, testing, implementation, validation, and ongoing support of Epic applications.
The ideal candidate will have Epic Cupid Certification and hands-on experience with Epic Cupid implementation and/or Connect. Experience with Epic Radiant is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, and support assigned Epic applications.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and translate business requirements into Epic functionality.
- Participate in workflow reviews and future-state workflow development.
- Perform application configuration and build to support new and existing workflows.
- Support Epic implementation, testing, and Go-Live activities.
- Provide Tier 2 application support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and application enhancements.
- Research and resolve complex business and technical issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, vendors, technical teams, project teams, and end users.
- Maintain accurate application, workflow, and technical documentation.
- Implement system changes according to established processes and procedures.
- Support project milestones, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
- Travel as needed for Epic training and onsite project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Cupid Certification – Required
- Epic Cupid implementation and/or Connect experience – Required
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with Epic application build, testing, validation, and support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills.
