What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and conduct individual counseling.
- Manage a caseload of clients, tracking progress through the levels of care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EMR system (Medicaid compliant).
Who We Are Looking For
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Arkansas license as an LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) OR LADAC (Licensed Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselor).
- Note: Applications from fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT candidates are also welcome.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong documentation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a desire to learn.
