We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent to oversee the field execution of luxury high-rise, multifamily, mixed-use, and upscale residential developments. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, driving schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship. The position is based in the Houston area and offers a competitive compensation package, full benefits, and bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Manage daily site logistics, sequencing, inspections, and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings with project teams and trade partners.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays.
- Monitor productivity, manpower requirements, and construction progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership representatives.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Deliver luxury finishes and exceptional quality throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, luxury residential, or high-rise construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from ground-up through completion.
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, and interior finish work.
- Ability to lead multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex construction activities.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
- Experience with construction management and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
