Happy's rents and sells furniture, appliances, electronics, and mattresses through 14 retail locations.
The Sales Manager is the first point of contact with a prospective customer. Sales Managers are responsible for creating new Rental Agreements that match a customer's ability to pay.
Daily Activity
- Greet and educate customers on Rent to Own Programs
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of multiple product categories
- Assist customers making on time payments
- Order, receive, stock, and price rental units
- Process rental unit returns
- Assist in refurbishment of rental units
- Daily telemarketing to current and former customers
- Manage the location's Facebook page
