Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans
Assist with daily activities, mobility, personal care, and resident safety
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean environment
Accurately record vitals and required documentation
Report concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
Completed CNA course and active state certification
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
A service-minded attitude with a desire to learn
Positive, team-focused mindset
