This is a high-volume, business-to-business customer service position serving professional chefs, restaurants, hotels, and markets throughout Southern California.
This role requires heavy daily phone communication, precise order entry, and consistent follow-through. It is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment.

Sadie Rose Baking Company is a family-owned wholesale artisan bread bakery. We supply freshly baked bread to many of Southern California’s top restaurants, hotels, and specialty markets. Accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork are essential to our operation.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the communication link between customers and internal departments including production, packing, and delivery.
You will manage orders, resolve concerns, and ensure our clients receive timely, accurate service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Take and process customer orders via phone, email, and fax
Enter orders accurately into internal systems
Prepare daily production and delivery reports
Maintain and update customer account records
Resolve order discrepancies and service concerns professionally
Follow up on open issues until resolution
Communicate clearly with production, warehouse, and delivery teams
Recommend products and introduce new offerings to customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service experience
Strong phone communication skills (heavy phone volume required)
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Physical & Other Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs occasionally
Valid California driver’s license
Reliable vehicle, current insurance, and clean DMV record
Ability to work the required Tuesday – Saturday schedule consistently
Compensation & Benefits
