Essential Functions:-
Supervise job cost accounting and track project profitability
Maintain schedules and monitor revenue recognition
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections
Coordinate AIA billing and subcontractor documentation
Keep an eye on cash flow and provide monthly financial reports
Assist in budget development and forecasting
Support banking relationships and line-of-credit reporting
Monitor project costs and labor reporting
Track retainage and contract billings
Review compliance documentation from subcontractors
Help project managers with financial reporting
Enhance financial visibility into project performance
Administer payroll for all staff
Coordinate employee benefits (health, 401k, etc.)
Manage onboarding and compliance documentation
Implement and improve accounting and financial systems
Support software and process enhancements
Maintain vendor records and compliance files
Create standardized reporting dashboards
Required Education and Experience:-
3–5+ years of experience in construction accounting or financial operations
Strong grasp of job costing and WIP reporting
Experience with AIA billing and subcontractor management
Familiarity with payroll and HR administration
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Capability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial setting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience with QuickBooks or construction ERP systems
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
