Job Summary:
We are seeking a Welding / shop hand to become an integral part of our team! We are a small team and this position will cover shop maintenance, cutting, punching, delivery and pickup as well as basic CNC operation to final welding. The ideal candidate will have experience in using various tools and equipment to fabricate and weld metal components of steel and aluminum using Tig and Mig. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment. Must have a clean license and ability to drive shop Van. Responsibilities:
- manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
- Install and repair various equipment and components
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
- keep shop clean
- drive for local deliveries and pick ups
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using power tools
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
