JOB SUMMARY:
The Scheduler will work collaboratively with our team to schedule in-home caregivers and fill shifts as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly staff schedules
- Ensure vacant positions are filled to meet staffing requirements
- Involved in approving time off and promoting good attendance
- Arrange new hire training and support new employee orientation process
- Maintain staff records and track required certification
- Other Duties as Assigned
