Local Union 1293 is currently seeking experienced Industrial Painters for ongoing work in the Muscle Shoals, Alabama area. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious professionals with a strong industrial painting background who are ready to join a skilled workforce.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare industrial surfaces through cleaning, sanding, blasting, and other methods as required
- Apply industrial coatings, primers, paints, and protective finishes to various structures and equipment
- Operate painting equipment, spray systems, and related tools safely and effectively
- Follow project specifications and quality standards
- Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of industrial painting experience
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification required
- Ability to work in industrial environments and perform physical labor
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
