The role
You'll join a well-established 20-person CPA firm, working within a five-person tax team that plays a central role in the business.
This is a hands-on Tax Manager position where technical expertise and client relationships carry equal importance.
You'll review complex tax work, remain involved in preparation when required and become a trusted adviser to clients throughout the year.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing individual, partnership, S Corporation and corporate tax returns
- Supporting tax preparation on more complex engagements when needed
- Leading client meetings and building long-term relationships
- Providing tax planning and advisory services
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Helping strengthen and grow the tax department
- Working closely with the Managing Partner on the continued success of the practice

Who this role suits
You'll have at least five years of public accounting tax experience and be confident reviewing both individual and business tax returns.
CPA qualification is strongly preferred.
