Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Skilled Nursing settings and possess a strong skill set in various medical procedures. Willing to work 12 hours shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform procedures like catheter care, infection control, and infectious disease care.
- Document patient information using electronic health record systems.
Skills:
- Possess a valid LPN/RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing.
- Proficient in providing care for patients with various medical needs.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.
- Familiarity with patient evaluation.
