We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic plaintiff-side litigation team. The ideal candidate is confident managing a high-volume caseload from filing through trial preparation and resolution, with a strong track record of negotiating significant settlements and advocating effectively in court.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload from filing through trial preparation and resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and oppositions
- Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts, PMKs)
- Conduct law and motion hearings
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and support staff
- Provide strategic case evaluations and damage analysis
- Maintain compliance with California procedural deadlines
- Update clients regularly and provide clear litigation strategy guidance
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (5+ preferred)
- Experience handling cases independently
- Strong deposition and motion practice experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of successful settlements (seven-figure results a plus)
- Ability to manage high-volume caseload efficiently
- Strong negotiation and courtroom presence
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
