Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do: Work as a hybrid professional and technically sound electrical engineer in a collaborative engineering team environment designing electrical power and lighting systems for commercial, educational, residential, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
The responsibilities of your role include:
- Project Leadership: Independently lead electrical engineering projects from conception through completion.
- Client Management: Act as the primary electrical point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations smoothly. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, owners and contractors to facilitate design and implementation
- Mentorship: Guide, coach, and develop junior engineers and designers, leveraging the firm's existing FE-to-PE roadmaps.
Requirements to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
- Eligibility and motivation to obtain a P.E. license (EIT/FE a plus) required
- 4+ years consulting engineering experience (MEP, Construction)
- Proficiency in drafting, preferably AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving abilities & attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
