Core Responsibilities

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent growth.

Analyze technical drawings and specifications to help our Estimating department create competitive, winning proposals.

Cultivate and maintain client accounts to serve as a reliable resource for their ongoing fabrication and panel requirements.

Act as a brand ambassador by representing our firm at industry trade shows and during on-site client visits.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure transparent and reliable sales forecasting.
Required Qualifications

Possess 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience within metal fabrication, control panels, or similar industrial manufacturing sectors.

Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of control panel assembly and metal fabrication, including familiarity with UL 508A and ASME standards.

Show a consistent history of identifying, qualifying, and securing new business to meet or exceed sales targets.

Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage your sales territory.

Maintain proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, with the flexibility to travel to client locations across the Southeast.
Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or business.

Existing professional relationships within the OEM, industrial, or process-driven markets.

Prior success in developing new business within a custom fabrication or job-shop setting.
Compensation and Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site role in Wellford, SC. The standard work week is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with required travel as necessary.
