Pool Service Technician
Neptune Pools is rapidly growing and looking for talented, motivated, and driven individuals who are eager to engage in the swimming pool industry. This position will provide service to swimming pools at residences, apartments/condominiums and neighborhood HOAs. Experience in the swimming pool business is required, but additional training is available if needed.
Responsibilities (training provided, if needed):
- Repair pool equipment as needed.
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot pump room equipment (i.e. pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing)
- Complete on-site system evaluations.
- Ability to balance and maintain total water chemistry
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management
- Train other employees
Requirements:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g. work in various weather conditions, lift heavy loads up to 80 pounds etc.)
- Ability to travel
- CPO certification would be considered an asset

- Experience with installing and maintaining equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
