Qualifications:
· Proficient in English Strong Attention to Detail Ability to Multitask
· Ability to work a flexible schedule / overtime as needed. Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
· Able to spend the required amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
· Must be Able to pass a Background Check and Drug test
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
WORKS FROM PRINTS, INSTRUCTIONS OR SPECIFICATIOS TO PERFORM ALL SET-UPS TO PRODUCE A WIRE-REINFORCED DUCT FOR USE IN HVAC APPLICATIONS. PERFORMS AS MACHINE OPERATOR ON ONE OR MORE MACHINES (NOT SIMULTANEOUSLY).
CHANGES MANDRELS, LOADS MATERIALS, MONITORS CONTROLS AND MAKES ADJUSTMENTS.
MAKES BOXES, APPLIES LABELS AND PACKS PRODUCT. MOVES MATERIALS AS NECESSARY. PERFORMS NECESSARY HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP WORK AREA ORDERLY.
RECORDS TIME AND PRODUCTION DATA. MONITORS WORK FOR QUALITY CONTROL. REPORTS MACHINE WEAR AND DEFECTS BEYOND SET-UP SKILL LEVEL. COORDINATES MAJOR REPAIRS WITH MAINTENANCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
COMPREHENSION LEVEL: MUST BE CAPABLE OF READING & WRITING AT AN ELEMENTARY LEVEL AND MUST POSES THE ABILITY TO PERFORM BASIC MATH CALCULATIONS
Shift/Hours:
1 pm to 11 pm --- Monday - Friday with some Saturdays
Starting pay rate: $17.38 hourly
