Adult inpatient neuroscience care with approximately 20 beds

Diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation planning for neurologic disorders

Approximately two admissions per day across the service

Procedures include arterial lines, central lines, lumbar punctures, and ventilator management
Schedule
-
Seven consecutive shifts followed by seven days off

12-hour shifts

Night coverage beginning with recurring blocks
Requirements
-
Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
-
Active North Carolina license required
-
AHA BLS and ACLS required
