How You'll Achieve It
- Complete unit make-readies end to end:
- Appliance installation and repair
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Window screen / blind replacement
- HVAC maintenance
- Assist your team with work order requests in a timely and professional manner as needed
- Maintain respect towards company property at all times
- Communicate effectively with leadership to ensure alignment and consistency with make ready scheduling and completion
- Be a team player who helps foster a culture of positivity and professionalism

Requirements:
- Prior maintenance or make-ready experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move furniture, climb ladders and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and outdoor environments for extended periods
- Ability to follow directions and instructions regarding safety procedures
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English preferred
