We offer in-home and community-based pediatric physical therapy services for children of all ages across Summerville and surrounding communities. What You’ll Do
- Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community environments
- Complete HIPAA-compliant documentation (evaluations, progress reports, daily notes, LMNs, equipment forms, etc.)
- Build meaningful connections with families and coordinate care directly with them
- Collaborate as needed with physicians, orthotists, early intervention providers, and DME teams to support each child’s progress
