NaturaLawn of America, the leader in organic-based lawn care, has expanded again!! Our location servicing Cape May, Atlantic, Cumberland , and Southern Ocean County, NJ is now hiring hardworking, goal-oriented lawn specialists.
This is a full-time, position. Our season typically allows us to work From Late February through December. This position is Lawn Fertilization NOT mowing, hardscape or landscaping.
Lawn Care, Landscaping, Mowing and/or Laborer experience is a plus but is NOT necessary!
Paid Training – We will educate the right candidate in all aspects of lawn care and will only send you on your own when you are properly trained and comfortable with all aspects of the position.
Once completed training qualifications – manage your own route daily!
Who We Are:
We are a safer alternative as compared to the traditional chemical-based companies. Our specialists take pride in using organic-based fertilizers and reducing the use of pesticides by up to 85% for residential homes. We also offer a 100% natural Tick and Mosquito control programs.
As a Lawn Care Specialist with NaturaLawn of America, you will be responsible for the upkeep of customer's lawns through the scheduled application of our exclusive, natural organic-based materials and the limited use of herbicides and pesticides. Aspects of the position include physical labor, customer service, consultative sales, and excellent time management skills.

Hours: 4 ten hour days Monday-Thursday usually 7- 5. We will work Friday if we get bad weather earlier in the weeks
We rarely work weekends -- unless we get behind or as job duties demand. We want our specialists to be able to relax with friends and family after work and on the weekends, creating that work life balance. If there is ever a need for overtime, you get paid time and a half for every hour after 40.
Independence:
Our specialists enjoy the freedom of working outdoors by themselves throughout the day. This is a very independent job so we only hire responsible specialists who can work on their own and take as much pride in servicing customers as we do!

Qualifications:
NaturaLawn of America is a drug-free workplace. You MUST have a clean, valid driver's license to apply for the position. You must have reliable transportation to and from our location.
This is a very physically demanding job. Applicants must be able to walk and be on their feet the majority of the day in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift 50lbs or more consistently throughout the workday. We do work outdoors in most weather conditions (though not if rain is heavy).
Pay is based on previous experience, but experience is not necessary- starting pay without experience is $18/hr. Got experience -- we'll pay more!!
