Do Meaningful ABA Work (And Keep Your Evenings & Weekends!)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCaBA / Aspiring BCBA)
Schenectady/Princetown, NY | In-Person | Full-Time (35 hrs/wk)
Ready to join an established, highly supportive behavioral team where your expertise is celebrated? Crossroads Center for Children is looking for our 5th behavior analyst in the school (10 total in the building) to join our close-knit squad!
If you are looking for a non-profit, school-based environment focused on actual progress rather than just billable hours, plus a schedule that lets you have a life outside of work, you’ve found your match.
Why BCBAs Love Crossroads
- A Built-In Behavior Squad: You won’t be stranded on an island here. You will join an established team of 4 other BCBAs/BCaBAs for built-in collaboration, shared brainstorming, and daily peer support.
- The Ultimate Interdisciplinary Team: Work daily alongside dedicated Special Ed Teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and Teaching Assistants. We deliver all-day ABA services integrated directly into the school day.
- We Paid For Your Mind (And Your Time): Enjoy free CEUs, conference reimbursement, and endless opportunities for professional growth.
- Finishing Your Hours? Exceptional candidates wrapping up their final hours of fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply! We provide robust on-site supervision.
The Schedule & Balance
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Students are here 8:45–2:45, leaving you plenty of prep and wrap-up time!)
- The Dream Calendar: Follows a regular school calendar, including a fun 6-week summer program.
- Unmatched Time Off: Generous paid time off aligned with school breaks, enjoy up to 49 days of total paid time off (including vacations, holidays, personal, and sick time)!
