Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in caseload as details are still being finalized
- Ability to engage students in both group and individual sessions

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy—in-person—on a regular schedule (no virtual/VOCO services required at this time)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and ensure compliance with educational plans
- Monitor and document progress while adjusting interventions as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of student programming
