Join our growing commercial construction team! We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in commercial interior construction. Whether you're an experienced tradesman or just getting started as a helper, we offer opportunities to work on a variety of commercial projects while developing your skills alongside an experienced team.
We perform a wide range of commercial interior work, including metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, tape and float, and painting. We value craftsmanship, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Hourly compensation is based on experience and skill level. Individuals who are proficient in multiple trades qualify for higher pay.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial metal stud framing
- Hang and install drywall
- Tape, float, and finish drywall
- Install acoustical ceiling grid and ceiling tile systems
- Install aluminum and hollow metal door frames, doors, and hardware
- Perform interior painting and touch-up work
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, lay out, and build according to project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial metal stud framing
- Drywall installation
- Drywall finishing (tape & float)
- Acoustical ceilings
- Hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware
- Interior painting
- Blueprint reading and layout
- Commercial construction experience
Requirements
