Client Relations Associate
Richmond, VA | $31/hr | Contract-to-Hire

What you'll earn

The work
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
- Build strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication
- Assist clients with account questions, paperwork, and follow-ups
- Coordinate client meetings, including prep and post-meeting follow-up
- Process new account applications and onboarding documentation
- Handle account maintenance requests such as transfers, distributions, and beneficiary updates
- Maintain accurate client records across CRM and custodial platforms
- Support advisors with meeting prep, performance reports, and planning materials
- Track outstanding client action items and ensure timely follow-through
- Ensure all activity complies with SEC/FINRA regulations and firm policies
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or recent graduate
- Financial services or client service experience is a plus, not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
