**Job Summary:**
Trident Coffee is seeking a motivated and skilled Baker to join our team. Come work with a small business that is changing the way we look at baked goods, coffee and health and get creative in our bakery that focuses on keto and gluten free baked goods.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as keto bread, keto protein donuts, and gluten free pastries
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
- Follow approved procedures for receiving product and restocking to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation
**Skills:**
- Experience in food production, preferably in a bakery or catering environment
- Strong baking skills including the ability to mix, shape, proof, and bake various doughs
- Familiarity with food industry standards and practices
- Excellent food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proactive and problem solver
