At ONG Physical Therapy, rehab is built around the therapeutic connection between provider and client. This is a place for physical therapists who want to connect authentically, practice differently, think deeply, and treat intentionally. This isn’t a PT model that prioritizes volume. We fulfill client outcomes and ensure satisfaction through relentless compassion, authentic connection, evidence-based education, and one-on-one personalized rehab. Responsibilities include:
- Providing 1-on-1, 60 minute physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions for patients with orthopedic and sport injuries (active adults & athletes)
- Treat/Evaluate 6 - 8 patients per day with the utilization of data-driven clinical reasoning and decision making (VALD Forcedecks, tindeq)
- Clinical documentation and billing through JaneApp EMR
- Contributions towards content creation
- Local workshops & injury screening
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000 - $110,000
