Job Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle systems and components
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of needed repairs and receive accurate time estimates for additional services
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Positive attitude and strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology, repair methods, and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
