Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Boston, MA
Lacuna Autism Services is expanding to Boston, MA, and we’re looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children. If you’re dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality behavioral services, we’d love to connect with you!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children ages 0–12.
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
- Accurately track data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Work independently in client homes with 10–20% BCBA supervision.
- Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA and client families.
What You Need:
- Active RBT certification through the BACB.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for in-home visits).
- Prior experience as an RBT is preferred, due to the independent nature of this role.
- A strong commitment to helping children thrive through compassionate care.
What We Offer:
- RBT Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience (in-home rate).
- BT Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour; immediate pay raise upon certification

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (open availability preferred)
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
