Jazzy’s Sweet Spot and Hydrobikes is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about food service and customer interaction. As a part of our vibrant establishment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service while ensuring that our guests enjoy a delightful experience. You will also may be required to work at events in our food truck. everyone will be required to learn the rental process and handling of our hydrobikes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
- Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including kitchen and dining spaces.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for register operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, grocery store, or culinary environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
- Food handling certification is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
