Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and free of clutter.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Follow proper food handling and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain a steady workflow during busy periods.
Qualifications
