POOL-ology is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, detail-focused people to care for our customers’ pools each week. Maintenance Technicians are the steady, consistent presence our customers count on to keep their water clear, safe, and inviting.

What You’ll Do
- Perform weekly pool maintenance on a regular route to POOL-ology standards
- Test and balance water chemistry and ensure overall pool cleanliness
- Visually check equipment for leaks, flow/pressure issues, and signs of wear
- Document readings, notes, and photos in Pool Brain after every visit
- Flag issues that need follow-up and coordinate with your Team Lead for repairs
- Communicate professionally with customers via text/phone when needed
- Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and driving standards

Basic Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to work outdoors in Texas weather and lift/carry equipment and chemicals
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for routes, notes, and photos
- Willing to follow established procedures and maintain high quality standards
- Pass full background check and drug test
