What You’ll Do
- Perform weekly pool maintenance on a regular route to POOL-ology standards
- Test and balance water chemistry and ensure overall pool cleanliness
- Visually check equipment for leaks, flow/pressure issues, and signs of wear
- Document readings, notes, and photos in Pool Brain after every visit
- Flag issues that need follow-up and coordinate with your Team Lead for repairs
- Communicate professionally with customers via text/phone when needed
- Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and driving standards

Basic Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to work outdoors in Texas weather and lift/carry equipment and chemicals
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for routes, notes, and photos
- Willing to follow established procedures and maintain high quality standards
- Pass full background check and drug test
