The Opportunity
Responsible for the review of documentation and the sending of bonds to the client after approval by the underwriting team.
A day in the life...

Review the documents in the system to ensure that they are completed correctly (bonds and annexes).

Send the bond to the producer or broker, considering the payment status.

Prepares and sends the client the "indemnity" document (if applicable).

Ensures that any special instructions that are included in the bail bond comments are completed in the system.

Make modifications to endorsements if necessary.

Performs the processes established for the final review process.

Guides clients, producers and agents in the bonding process and promptly resolves or channels any situation related to existing accounts.

Scan/index documents in FileNet, according to the stipulated processes.

Support other areas or positions, as required.

Performs any other functions and/or tasks assigned by their supervisor according to the department's need
What you will need for success

Associate or bachelor's degree.
- One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience, preferred.
- Skills and intermediate knowledge in information systems (Office 365, TEAMS, Excel).
- Service-oriented and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English (Verbal-Written) preferably.
Physical Demands

Ability to stay in stationary positions for 90% of the time (sitting, and/or standing).
- Ability to move frequently around the office to access files, electronic equipment and serve the public.
- Ability to perform slight movements (Loads of 10 pounds or less, pushing).
- Maintains constant communication with customers and employees and is able to exchange accurate information. (Written and Oral).
- Maintains constant eye contact 20 inches or less away for more than 6 hours a day when working on a computer 90% of the time. Ability to visually process writing and other materials.
- It constantly works indoors and under air conditioning in regulated temperature.
- Ability to handle small electronic equipment (fax, computer, telephone).
