About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as the primary expert for climate control solutions, ensuring that homeowners enjoy reliable comfort year-round. You will play a critical role in diagnosing complex system failures and executing high-quality repairs that restore efficiency and safety to residential heating and cooling infrastructure.
Responsibilities-
Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on residential HVAC systems to identify performance bottlenecks and mechanical failures.

Execute precise repairs and routine maintenance on air handlers, ventilation networks, and drainage systems to extend equipment lifespan.

Provide homeowners with professional technical consultations, explaining system health and recommending necessary upgrades or efficiency improvements.

Maintain rigorous documentation of all service activities to ensure accurate tracking of system history and compliance with safety standards.

Manage inventory and tools within a company-provided vehicle to ensure readiness for diverse service calls.

Navigate challenging physical environments, including attics and crawlspaces, to perform necessary inspections and manual repairs.

2+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and repair.

Current EPA certification and relevant state-mandated licensing (TDLR).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Advanced troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in extreme temperature conditions.
