We are looking for a skilled CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder to operate ANCA CNC grinding machines and produce high-precision cutting tools. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with advanced machining technology, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do
- Operate ANCA CNC tool and cutter grinding machines to manufacture precision cutting tools
- Set-up and use manual grinding machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine tool geometry and grinding parameters
- Set up and program CNC grinders to meet exact customer requirements
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and tool designs
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade education preferred)
- 1–3+ years of CNC grinding and manual grinding experience (tool & cutter preferred)
- Familiarity with CNC programming and CAD concepts
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
