Position Details
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Lead
Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Rotating Schedule
No Call Required
Requirements
- Active California RN License
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Current NRP Certification
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification (completed within the last 2 years)
Minimum 5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of Supervisor or Leadership experience
Previous Charge Nurse experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
