Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Audiologist to join our growing ENT practice on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility while delivering high-quality diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care. The Audiologist will work collaboratively with physician and clinical staff to support comprehensive patient care.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations, including pure tone audiometry, speech testing, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions
- Conduct diagnostic testing such as ABR and vestibular assessments (if applicable)
- Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care
- Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, treatment options, and device use
- Accurately document all findings and services in the EMR
- Collaborate with ENT providers on treatment planning and patient management
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, payer requirements, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
- Active state licensure in MA.
- CCC-A certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (preferred)
- Experience in a medical/ENT setting strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
