Real Roots Counseling is a growing, collaborative private practice in Vancouver, WA seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team.
We are a relationship-focused group practice that values depth, authenticity, clinical collaboration, and high-quality care. Our practice specializes in anxiety, OCD, OCPD, ADHD, trauma, personality dynamics, attachment, and complex mental health presentations, and we are looking for a prescriber who values thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care within a supportive interdisciplinary environment.
Compensation
- $145,000–$190,000+ annually depending on experience, schedule, and productivity
- Additional productivity bonus opportunities available
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options
- W-2 positions are paid hourly until full caseload is obtained then moved to salary
- 1099 contract rate negotiable

What We’re Looking For
- Active Washington PMHNP license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest in collaborative, relationship-centered psychiatric care
- Comfortable working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and complex presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and care team members
