General Summary and Purpose:
Licensed Massage Therapists provide quality Medical Massage Therapy treatments (myofascial release, pain relief focused soft tissue work, etc), spa massage and body therapy treatments to guests of Kramer Chiropractic/Senara Health and Healing Center & Spa. Responsible for providing outstanding service in a 5-star setting to each guest. Our therapists are salaried members of our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide massage therapy treatments for both medical guests and day spa guests per Senara's protocols
- Adhere to given schedule and appointments.
- Organize and hand in an accurate accounting of appointments at the end of each pay period.
- Adhere to all Senara policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and rooms, as well as, restock of linens and products between and at the end of each working shift.
- Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in a pre-determined period of time.
- Sell retail products or enhancements associated with treatments
- Must have adequate computer and typing skills to complete guest service notes after each treatment. This will include treatment notes pertinent to medical guests of the Health and Healing Center.
- Professional, well-spoken, and punctual are essential team member traits for success on Senara's team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate exemplary knowledge, skill and/or ability in Massage Therapy techniques and Customer Service.
- Satisfactorily respond to individual guest needs and follow Senara standards as directed
- Maintain State Licensing & Education requirements at all times.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have graduated from an accredited massage school with sufficient hours based on massage modality.
- Must possess adequate computer and typing skills.
