DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- A team player who can to effectively communicate with homeowners.
- Identify homeowner needs and present multiple solutions to satisfy their needs
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all estimates are developed within project goals.
- Ensure projects are estimated according to Easy Siders policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed Estimates, Contracts and Change Orders in CRM software
- Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and financing
- Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates.
- Provide clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Attend meetings to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or estimating roles in the exterior home improvement industry.
- Experience with CRM software and current technology.
- Experience with exterior home improvement materials, products, and their applications.
- Experience with measuring windows and doors.
