We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead skilled laborer to spearhead projects from start to finish. As a Lead, you will oversee remodeling teams, coordinate with clients and management, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Your expertise in construction management, detailed craftsmanship, and problem-solving is crucial. Preferred efficiency in both residential and commercial spaces, but residential minimum.

Responsibilities
● Lead and assist with residential and commercial construction projects
● Direct and coordinate daily tasks for crew members
● Read and follow project plans, measurements, and instructions
● Perform skilled construction work including framing, demolition, drywall, concrete, fencing, carpentry, and general remodeling
● Safely operate hand and power tools
● Measure, cut, install, and assemble construction materials
● Assist with jobsite preparation, material handling, and cleanup
● Monitor workmanship and ensure projects are completed to company standards
● Communicate with project managers and crew members regarding job progress and materials needed
● Identify potential issues and communicate them promptly to management
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
● Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
● Represent T&T Construction Services professionally when working at customer properties
● Help train and mentor less-experienced crew members
Qualifications
● 2+ years of construction experience preferred but not required
● Previous experience leading or supervising a construction crew preferred
● Strong knowledge of general construction practices and tools
● Ability to work independently and take initiative
● Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
● Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
● Good communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to read measurements and follow plans/instructions
● Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
● Valid driver’s license required
● Reliable transportation to and from job sites required
● Ability to operate company vehicles and/or equipment if assigned
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding construction position. The employee must be able to perform tasks that may include:
● Standing and walking for extended periods
● Bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching
● Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling construction materials and equipment
● Repeated use of hand and power tools
● Working on ladders and/or elevated surfaces when required
● Working outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions

Driver’s License

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
