We are looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our growing team serving Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, and West Houston. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled handyman who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can work independently.
What You'll Do
- Perform drywall repairs and texture matching
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Install and repair trim, doors, fixtures, and hardware
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete fence, siding, deck, and exterior repairs
- Perform punch-list items and small remodeling projects
- Document work with photos and maintain accurate job records
- Communicate professionally with customers and deliver a 5-star experience
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of handyman, remodeling, or residential maintenance experience
- Strong skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Own tools preferred
- Reliable, honest, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35 per hour based on experience

Schedule
- Full-time, 40–50 hours per week
