We're hiring dependable Day Time Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. You'll begin by covering commercial cleaning accounts throughout the region, learning how each site operates, and performing quality inspections to ensure our standards are met.
As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, you'll transition into your own regular cleaning route. Many employees are running their own route within approximately 90 days.
We guarantee up to 40 hours per week while we build your permanent route, so you can count on consistent hours and a reliable paycheck from day one.
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid bi-weekly
- W-2 employee
- Guaranteed up to 40 hours per week

- Cleaners in our pay-by-job system average approximately $26 per hour
What You'll Do
- Clean commercial offices and facilities during the day
- Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, floors, and remove trash
- Cover accounts across the region while learning our customers and cleaning standards
- Build toward managing your own regular cleaning route
- Clock in, communicate with your supervisor, and complete job documentation using our field app (training provided)
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Reliable transportation (travel between job sites is required)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work nights
- Able to lift 25–40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout your shift
- Commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience is preferred, but we're happy to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic
