Overview
JTS is seeking an experienced and highly organized FLESP Lead Contractor to guide team performance and support consistent, high-quality employment services for Florida National Guard service members and their families. The Lead will coordinate team communication and continued training, oversee employment data and database management, prepare required reports and plans, and monitor performance against contract requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication, case management, and analytical capabilities, along with knowledge of Reserve Component programs, operations, policies, and deployment cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employment support services for individuals.
- Conduct bi-weekly team conference calls that include continued training to maintain a high level of service to the customer.
- Participate in Family Programs and individual calls and shall be prepared to provide updates to event schedules.
- Provide relevant reports.
- Gather and maintain employment data.
- Oversee and maintain database management program.
- Generate plans (i.e. QCP, Social Media Model Plan, etc.).
- Analyze team performance.
- Develop and implement improvement plans.
- Update literature and briefing materials.
- Ensure deliverables and performance requirements summaries are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in one of the following: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration or Social Science.
- Prior case management experience or experience with employment services programs, personnel management or human resource experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of RC logistics and maintenance programs, operations, automation systems, regulations, policies, SOPs and RC deployment cycles.

Pay: From $48,583.51 per year
