Lead, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, training, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and compliance needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on staffing, recruiting, retention, and risk mitigation.
Oversee daily department operations, manage the day-to-day workflow of the department.
Coordinate performance evaluations, oversee the annual employee performance review process.
Handle disciplinary actions, manage employee discipline, and terminations in line with company policies.
Serve as HR point of contact, be the primary resource for employees on human resources matters.
Manage employee relations and issues, address performance concerns, leave of absences, and legal matters as needed.
Administer benefits plans, manage company benefits programs, including health insurance and 401(k).
Oversee onboarding and record-keeping, perform onboarding, and maintain records using Paycom.
Manage attendance and leave, track employee attendance, vacation, and leave.
Conduct benefits open enrollment, facilitate the annual open enrollment process for employee benefits.
Conduct exit interviews, manage exit interviews for departing employees.
Ensure legal compliance, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, oversee relationships with external vendors as required.
Support new acquisitions and collaborate with the IMO department to integrate new acquisitions.
Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all business dealings.
Attend monthly and training meetings as required.
Prioritize and complete various projects and other work-related tasks as needed and assigned.
