Daytime Cleaning Technician
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours (Occasional flexibility may be required)
About the Position
We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing daytime cleaning team. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll travel to different job sites throughout the day completing a variety of cleaning services while representing our company with professionalism.
Whether you're experienced or willing to learn, we provide training for the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform move-out and move-in cleanings
- Complete post-construction cleaning projects
- Clean commercial offices and buildings
- Perform one-time deep cleans and specialty cleaning services
- Travel between multiple job sites during the day
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel between job sites throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Able to lift up to 40–50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
