The Role
As our Front Desk Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first and likely the last point of contact for every guest, ensuring each client feels valued from check-in to check-out. You’ll manage front desk operations, support daily clinic flow, answer the phone, handle scheduling, and uphold the luxury medical spa experience we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, assist with forms, and ensure consent/treatment documentation is complete
- Answer phone calls and texts promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and promote memberships, packages, and skincare products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and treatment areas.
- Opening and closing tasks.
- Assist with inventory management, and preparing treatment rooms
- The candidate will be expected to make occasional short trips to pick up supplies as needed.
